Description

Scope of Application: It is used to test the anti-drilling performance of textiles such as lining and fabrics of all kinds of down products by the rolling box method.

Testing Principles:

The specimen will be made into a bag, filled with a certain quality of down, put in the tester's rotary box, at the same time in the rotary box is also loaded with hard rubber balls. The rotary box rotates at a certain speed, and the rubber ball falls with a certain height, impacting the specimen to simulate the down products in the process of taking a variety of extrusion, kneading, collision and other roles. The downproof performance of the fabric is evaluated by counting the number of down roots drilled out from inside the specimen.
