Description

Scope of Application: Used for testing the liquid absorption performance of nonwoven fabrics. Including the determination of liquid absorption time, liquid absorption amount and liquid core absorption rate.

Meets criteria: GB/T 24218.6-2010 Test methods for textile nonwovens Part 6 Determination of absorbency, ISO 9073-6.

Technical parameters: 

1. Cylindrical metal frame for liquid absorption time test: 80mm high and 50mm in diameter at the bottom;

2. liquid container A for liquid absorption time test: length 100mm, width 100mm, height 100mm;

3. metal mesh support frame for liquid absorption test: 120mm×120mm;

4. Liquid absorption volume test with liquid container B: length 300mm, width 300mm, height 65mm;

5. the base, the bottom with adjusting the level of the spiral;

6. Liquid container C: length 100mm, width 80mm, height 80mm;

7. beam frame, can be adjusted up and down along the vertical support.

8. specimen clamps for fixing the specimen on the crossbar.

9. Scale, fixed vertically on the beam frame, with a minimum scale of 1mm.
